Ali Gasanov, head of the socio-political section of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration, says that the pardoning commission is preparing a list, APA reports.
He added that there is no information on who is to be included in the list and when it will be signed by the president. It may as well be signed on December 31, the Day of Solidarity.
