The Batumi International Airport has had flights cancelled due to bad weather conditions, Trend reports.
Flights were cancelled to Istanbul, Ankara, Odessa, Moscow, Minsk, Kiev and Tbilisi. The airport still allows arriving planes to land.
Heavy wind does not allow planes to lift. The Turkish Airlines had to send passengers of the Batumi-Istanbul flight to their destination by bus.
Air service is to start tomorrow.
