Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov has congratulated all citizens of his republic and all Russians on the country's Constitution Day, Yuga.ru reports.
He reminded that the Constitution was passed on December 12, 1993, and gave a new impulse to development of democracy and strengthening of peace and consent. Ramzan Kadyrov talked about the challenges his republic went through. He mentioned the contribution of first President Ahmad Hajji Kadyrov to the development of the republic.
