Iranian students will receive petroleum and engineering education in Russia's Tatarstan, Iranian General Consul in Kazan Rasul Shayan said, Trend reports.
Shayan added that they had reached an agreement on sending 500 Iranian students to Tatarstan. There are 50 Iranian students in Tatarstan already.
