The law enforcers of Dagestan destroyed a militant dugout with plans for bomb making and components, RIA Novosti reports.
The operation was held about 1.5 km from the village of Kvanada in the Tsumadinsky District. The dug out was 2 x 3.5 meters in size, built for 3 to 4 militants. The police found detonators, projectiles and manuals with instructions on how to make bombs.
There were three plastic 200-liter barrels buried with food, a gas stove and two gas containers, instruments were found.
