The government of Kabardino-Balkaria passed a purpose program for development of education in 2012-2017. The program will receive 4.9 billion rubles for realization, RIA Novosti reports.
The program is aimed at giving more access to high-quality education, which would meet demands of innovative social development of the republic. It will be realized via investments and use of the purpose-program approach.
Out of 4.9 billion rubles, 3.5 billion will be issued from the federal budget, over 1.2 billion from the republican budget and about 57 million from municipalities.
Realization of the program would give higher quality and more affordable education services for all citizens, regardless of residence, social and property status or health.
