Voting began on Thursday on the website of ruling Russian party United
Russia’s website for a monument to replace a World War Two memorial
blown up by Georgian authorities late last year.
The winning monument, to replace the Glory Memorial blown up in
Kutaisi last December, will be erected in Moscow.
