The Azerbaijani State Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning prepared a project of a detailed plan of Baku center, Trend cites Dovletkhan Dovletkhanov, deputy head of the committee, as saying.
The project will be approved in January. The detailed plan of the city center will be in force until 2030 and covers 1500 hectares from the Amay Trade Center to the State Flag Square, from the Primorsky Avenue to the Street of Bakikhanov.
