The leader of Adygeya, Aslan Tkhakushinov, has held a meeting with the law enforcers of the republic today, Yuga.ru reports.
The Interior Minister of Adygeya, Alexander Rechitsky, thanked Tkhakushinov for his support. The republic’s head praised the police for their efforts and called Adygeya one of the most peaceful regions of the North Caucasus.
The republic is the leader in construction of new police structures, including housing for police officers, in the area. This constructive approach imbues confidence about further security improvements, Tkhakushinov said.
He promised further support for law enforcers and cooperation in enforcing the security of the population and maintenance of order.
Alexander Rechitsky noted in his report that they are preventing a rise of the local crime level. The number of criminal acts is dropping, as well as the number of serious crimes. 258 crimes were prevented, 102 old crimes were solved. The situation in the republic remains controllable. The minister called for more principality and assertive action, better self-discipline, activation of investigation and prevention of crime and combatting red tape.
