Bus crash kills 4 and injures 26 in Turkey

Four Bulgarian nationals were killed and 26 people were injured in a bus crash in Turkey close to the Bulgarian border, Hurriyet Daily News cites the Bulgarian foreign ministry as saying on Sunday.
 
The crash occurred Saturday evening as the bus, which belonged to a Turkish company registered in Bulgaria, was travelling from Istanbul to Silistra in northeastern Bulgaria, the ministry said in a statement. The four people killed were Bulgarians living in Turkey, while Bulgarians and Turks were among the injured, it added. Only four of the injured however remained in hospital in Turkey Sunday, the statement said.
 
According to Bulgarian news agency Focu, the coach tipped over on a snow-covered road and fell some 20 metres (65 feet) down a ravine.
