Abnormally cold weather is expected in the Russian North Caucasian republic of Adygeya, RIA Novosti cites the republic's emergency ministry as saying on Friday.
According to the reports, the temperature tonight will be 12-17 degrees Celsius below zero and in several districts it will be 23 degrees below zero. Tomorrow the temperature will be 10 degrees below zero.
