Heavy rain destroys roads and bridges in North Ossetia

Heavy rains have damaged dozens of bridges and highways in North
Ossetia, RIA Novosti reports, citing an Emergency Ministry
spokesperson.
Meanwhile, a mudslide has suspended road traffic on the Trans-Caucasus
highway, the only land route from Russia to South Ossetia. Emergency
workers left for the regions today to evaluate the level of damage.
There are no reports of casualties.
