The Court of Pyatigorsk ordered the local administration to resolve the problem with nursery lack, RAPSI reports.
The court said that 7,700 people attend pre-schools, exceeding the norm of 5,200 by 48%. There are 35 pre-schools.
The administration of Pyatigorsk said that the city lacks finances to open new nurseries. The court did not find proof of administration taking measures to cope with the problem.
