Some 300 buses in Baku got stuck on the road due to heavy ice today, Azerbaijani Minister for Transport Naimik Hasanov said, Trend reports.
The minister explained that ice does not allow vehicles to enter highlands to clear the roads.
Hasanov said that about 70 buses had accidents because of bad weather that had started at the end of last week. Inter-city and inter-state bus transport cannot operate.
Railways operate in normal regime.
