Specialists of Vladenergo have restored power at a residential district of Vladikavkaz, RIA Novosti reports.
The power cut was caused by a broken feeder as a result of overload of networks due to cold weather. Repairs took 3 hours. Some legal bodies may still need power restoration. Not a single social facility remains without electricity.
The region has unusually cold weather with day temperature around -10 C, night temperature -20 C.
