A Chinese bulk freighter crashed into a Maltese tanker 10 miles south of Novorossiysk in the Black Sea, Interfax reports.
Chinese “Juda” crashed into Maltese “Shah Deniz” while evading a storm. Both vessels received minor damage, as stated by Vladimir Yerygin, a Captain at Novorossiysk. An investigation will start as soon as the storm ends.
