The issuing of “neutral passports” for citizens of South Ossetia and Abkhazia in Georgia is an attempt to trick the population, the Russian Foreign Ministry said today, ITAR-TASS reports.
The ministry points out that the passports contain state code and are have marks of the Georgian Interior Ministry and, thus, cannot be called neutral. Lack of Georgian symbols in the passport is a trick of Tbilisi, the Russian ministry says.
The Georgian trick proves that Abkhazia and South Ossetia want independence and confirms moral inferiority of Georgian politics to force population of the two republics back to Georgia, the ministry says.
