Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov has criticized Reuters for citing Doku Umarov’s urge not to harm Russians who had turned away from Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, RIA Novosti reports.
The Chechen leader said that Doku Umarov had killed dozens and hundreds of people, adding that the terrorist leader wants Putin’s resignation to start chaos.
