A Muslim children’s resort is operating in Adjara, News Georgia reports.
Omar Vanidze, Director of the Mizani charity organization, said that the resort was formed for boys aged 10-17.
The resort in Aldani has 35 pupils. The center helps them do homework and study the Quran on Saturdays and Sundays.
Palitra TV says that there are 10 resorts for Georgian Muslim families in Batumi. They teach the Quran.
Lamzira Bolkvadze, Deputy Education Minister of Adjara, did not comment on the resort’s activity.
