Azerbaijan is using a new system of street addresses, Trend reports.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev introduced amendments to the rule of registry of street addresses and giving addresses.
Addresses will now be set to doors and entrances of buildings. Azerbaijan will adopt the European addressing standards.
The State Committee for Property announced a tender for formation of an address registry system. SK C &C Co.LTD (Korea) won the tender. It will organize the system in 8 months.
