Dagestani leader proclaimed honorary doctor of Plekhanov University

The head of the Dagestani Republic, Magomedsalam Magomedov, was proclaimed an honorary doctor of the Plekhanov Russian Economic University, Rossiyskaya Gazeta informs.

Magomedov accomplished a postgraduate program at the university, which is now marking its 105th anniversary.
