Rescuers have finished clearing the ruins of the collapsed residential building in Astrakhan, Gazeta.ru reports.
All bodies found at under the building have been identified, 10 people died and 12 more were injured.
The collapse was caused by a gas blast. Two criminal cases were initiated for violation of security measures in construction of the building and fire security causing death. Four supervisors of a local gas company and its managing director have been detained.
Russian prime Minister Vladimir Putin arrived in Astrakhan on Tuesday and ordered issuing of 300 million rubles for accommodation of residents.
