The North Ossetian Ministry for Emergencies said that the only road link between Russia and South Ossetia, the Trans-Caucasus Highway, will remain closed for another day due to heavy snow, RIA Novosti reports.
Yulia Starchenko, press secretary of the Ministry for Emergencies, said that 12 avalanches have been registered. A center for warming was opened at the Buron Village.
