Over 8.6 million rubles have been stolen in the Dakhadayevsky District of Dagestan, RIA Novosti reports.
Local executives signed a contract with Eco-Stroy for reconstruction of over 113,000 square meters of loft spaces worth 14 million rubles. The price was exaggerated by 8.6 million rubles, the contract with Ricons for cost sheet composition contained falsified prices.
A criminal case was initiated for abuse of authority, large-scale larceny and forgery. The maximum punishment is 10 years imprisonment and a fine of 1 million rubles.
