Minister for Communication and Information Technologies Ali Abbasov studied construction of communication lines, wireless connection. Baku Crystal Hall will offered 3G services for about 30,000 users.
The minister discussed Internet access for hotels, restaurants and other social areas, radio and TV broadcasting.
A working group was ordered to resolve all occurring issues and make regular reports.
