Conflict between police and the Kurds happened in Turkey

In Turkey in clashes with Kurdish rebels one policeman was killed, another one was injured, said a source in law enforcement agency in the country, reports Reuters.

The incident occurred near the border with Iraq.

It is reported that the activists of the Kurdistan Workers' Party took part in the clashes.
