Chechen police have detained three militants planning attacks on law enforcers, Yuga.ru reports.
The militants come from the Assinovskaya Village of the Sunzhensky District. They activated a bomb at the crossing of the Streets of A.K. Kadyrov and the 11th Krasnaya Armya. No one was injured.
Three young men were detained soon after the blast. They admitted guilt and said that they planned to kill police officers.
