Russian government approves concept of youth policy in the North Caucasus Federal District up to 2025

The Russian government has approved the concept of state youth policy in the regions of the North Caucasus Federal District up to 2025. The policy will be aimed at creating conditions for the harmonious development of young people, RIA Novosti reports.

The main directions of the state youth policy in the North Caucasus Federal District include spiritual and moral development, civic education of the youth, involvement of young people in social practices, support of initiatives and talented young people, support of young people in difficult situations.

According to the strategy, authoritative religious leaders will participate in spiritually and morally educating the youth, as well as promoting family values, patriotism and cosmopolitanism in the process of studying history and promoting achievements of Russian science, culture and nationhood, as well as promoting national sports.
