Presidential envoy to the North Caucasus congratulates veterans on Victory Day

The Presidential Envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District, Alexander Khloponin, congratulated veterans of the Second World War on Victory Day,

"Dear veterans! (...) 67 years ago the most tragic war in the history of mankind ended. The victory was achieved by dozens of countries and nations. However, the contribution of the Soviet nation was the greatest," Khloponin's letter reads
