The Russian Ministry for Emergencies expects problems with power, communications and housing and utilities services in six regions (29 municipal districts) of the North Caucasian Federal District, RIA Novosti reports.
The same may occur in the Central and Southern Federal Districts as a result of heavy winds, reaching a speed of 20 meters per second.
