On the initiative of the Russian Presidential Special Representative
for International Cultural Cooperation, Mikhail Shvydkoi, a meeting
between representatives of the media of Azerbaijan and Armenia is
taking place in Moscow, News-Azerbaijan reports.
The first meeting was held in the editorial office of the "Russian
Newspaper" and the dialogue continued in the headquarters of
ITAR-TASS.
Azerbaijan was represented by heads of the Baku Post, 1news.az, Trend
and news.az.
Armenia was represented at the meeting by media experts, bloggers,
editor-in-chief of the Aravot daily, the head of the Center for Public Affairs
and Information Office of the President of Armenia and the deputy
editor-in-chief of the Voice of Armenia.
The meeting was also attended by the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to
Russia, Polad Bulbuloglu, Ambassador of Armenia to Russia, Oleg
Yesayan and the executive director of the CIS Interstate Humanitarian
Fund, Armen Smbatyan, News-Azerbaijan reports.
