Azerbaijani Ministry of Interior is trying to prevent the offensive usage of sound signals, Trend reports. According to the Ministter of Interior Ramil Usubov, there were numerous complaints about this issue.
Minister added that the policy against this problem will continue, but the citizens should be partly responsible for it. Usubov called the drivers to avoid using the sound signals when it can be avoided.
