The police in Dagestan’s Khasavyurt wounded a driver for refusing to stop on Monday, RIA Novosti reports.
The driver tried to escape at the Street of Toturbiyev at 9.15 pm. He did not stop after warning shots. The driver was wounded and hospitalized. His passenger was taken to a police station.
