About 88,000 people have been left without electricity in the Kurchaloyevsky, Urus-Martanovsky and Nozhay-Yurtovsky Districts of Chechnya this morning, Yuga.ru reports.


Power lines were broken by heavy rain and wind.


Grozny and the Shalinsky District had about 138,000 people without electricity on June 28. Power was restored at 11 pm.


Specialist of the local power services and Nurenergo started restoring power at 8 am on June 29.
