A 4-point earthquake happened 28 km north-east of the Lankaran Province of Azerbaijan, News Azerbaijan reports.
The Azerbaijani Interior Ministry said that no injuries were registered.
Vusal Khanyverdiyev, a municipality official of the Port-Ilyich of the Lankaran District, said that cracks appeared on some houses.
