North Ossetia hails healthcare progress

North Ossetian Healthcare Minister Vladimir Selivanov said that 44% of the Russian program for modernization of healthcare was completed in North Ossetia in 1.5 years, Interfax reports.

Reconstruction of healthcare centers and modernization of equipment, implementation of information technologies and adoption of new treatment standards was realized by 44%.

North Ossetia plans to purchase 1,000 computers, servers and software, including programs for storage and distribution of medicaments and online applications for treatment.
