The Armenian police have published the first results of the balloon explosion at Republic Square in Yerevan, which happened during a meeting of the Republican Party, News.am reports.
The expert evidence says that 7,000 balloons were filled with methane. Such an explosion was not caused by a cigarette, it was most likely a result of direct flame.
People injured in the accident have expressed outrage over the fact that there are no suspects and that those responsible for the blast have not been caught.
