The Green Alternative Association will protest against dam construction at the Stepantsmind Village today, Trend reports.
The association will urge Daryal Energy to stop construction of the dam until the best optimal water level at the local river is set.
The dam construction at the Dariali Gorge near the Russian border started in September 2011. The dam will have an output of 110 MW.
