Arsen Ayvazyan, head of the investigative section for priority cases of the Main Investigative Department of Armenian police, said that Serob Bozoyan was considered responsible for the balloon accident, Tert.am reports.
The 54-year old man was filling the balloons in his apartment. Purchasers of the balloons are still a mystery.
The Republican Party of Armenia held an agitation meeting at the Republic Square of Yerevan on May 4. Balloons set there started exploding. As a result, 154 people were hospitalized with burns.
