Magomed Bekov, put on the Russian federal wanted list for attacking the Sagra Village, has been caught in Ingushetia and taken to Yekaterinburg, RIA Novosti reports.
Bekov was charged with banditism and mass disorders. He may get 15 years of prison.
Valentina and Vyacheslav Lebedevs had a conflict with locals of Sagra in the summer of 2011. They requested their convicted relative Ivan Lebedev to organize mass disorders at the village for 30,000 rubles.
Ivan Lebedev hired Shota Katamadze and his gang of 8 to make a plan of the attack. The gang gathered 30 more people. They armed themselves with sawn-off shotguns, traumatic guns, baseball bats, iron rods and arrived in Sagra on 13 cars.
The police say that Ivan Lebedev and Kakhaber Chichua were the ones who organized the disorders.
The police of the Sverdlovsk Region were also punished for neglecting the conflict.
The first trial will start on August 2, 2012. 23 people will be charged for attacking Sagra.
