A fire broke out at the Heydar Aliyev Center in Baku at noon today, 1news.az reports.
Over 30 groups of fire-fighters were mobilized. Spokesman of the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry Ekhsan Zakhidov said that police officers were also sent to the place.
