Fire put out at Heydar Aliyev Center in Baku

A fire at the Heydar Aliyev Center in Baku has been put out. Preliminary studies say that the fire broke out inside the building. No one was injured in the fire, APA reports.

Over 50 brigades of fire-fighters were mobilized to put the fire out at the Marimanovsky District of Baku. Helicopters of the Ministry for Emergencies arrived to the spot. Deputy Premier Abid Sharifov, Minister for Emergencies Kyamaleddin Heydarov, Healthcare Minister Ogtay Shiraliyev, Transport Minister Ziya Mamedov, prosecutor of Baku Aziz Seidov arrived to the area.

The fire started at about noon on Friday. Over 30 groups of fire-fighters arrived. Police officers, Mi-8 and KA-29 helicopters were also mobilized. Traffic at the H.Aliyev Avenue was blocked. Four ambulance groups arrived.
