Unidentified assailants have wounded a man near a carwash on the crossing of the Streets of Pachev and Armand in Nalchik in Kabardino-Balkaria at about 1 pm, RIA Novosti reports.
The assailants came out of a taxi and opened fire using submachine guns. The man was hospitalized. He is being identified and is possibly a police officer.
