Over 100 passengers cannot leave the Vnukovo Airport in Moscow to Dagestan, RGVK Dagestan reports.
UTair organized the Moscow-Makhachkala flights. The plane was to arrive in Makhachkala at 10.30 pm yesterday. The plane servicing the flight was malfunctioning. Passengers were accommodated at a hotel.
A Yak plane was granted at 10 am, but people were not allowed in. As a result, passengers started a protest: they refuses to leave buses until they meet an official of UTair.
