Three Russians reportedly killed in helicopter crash in Turkey

Three Russian citizens were killed Thursday in a helicopter crash in southwestern Turkey, RIA Novosti cites local media as saying.

The Turkish newspaper Hurriyet reported the victims were Alexander Gavrilov, Nikolai Atepalikhin and Sergei Khorokhorin.

According to the Associated Press, the helicopter was extinguishing forest fires when it crashed to the ground in the Mugla region.
