About 20,000 people experienced a power cut in the Krasnodar Territory last night. 11,000 remained without electricity, according to information on 8 am, RIA Novosti reports.
Residents were partly cut from power at the Pavlovsky, Beloglininsky, Novopokrovsky, Krylovsky and Tikhoretsky Districts. Power is expected to be restored by noon.
