Novorossiysk Mayor Vladimir Snegovsky said that the city is taking additional measures to withstand a hurricane currently forming out at sea, Interfax reports.
The hurricane is forming in the Anapa-Tuapse area and may come ashore from the Black Sea. The threat will remain for 1.5-2 hours. Specialists will be sent to every area for evacuation activities.
