A Dagestani local in Derbent born in 1988 was injured by a blast when making an improvised bomb on the Street of K. Tagiyev at 2.15 pm on August 20, 2012, RIA Novosti reports.
He was trying to construct a bomb using a 1.5 liter plastic bottle with aluminum powder and ammonia nitrate and a detonator. The police found religious literature and CDs at the man’s house.
