New Muslim magazine is launched in Moscow

The first issue of a glossy quarterly called Muslim Magazine has been
published in Moscow. The magazine was launched last week, on the eve
of Ramadan, IslamRF reports.

The journal presents lifestyle-materials for modern Muslims and
touches upon such fields as fashion, entertainment, culture and the
lifestyle of believers. The pilot issue has 96 pages.
The magazine has no advertisements for tobacco, alcohol or other
products prohibited by Islam, nor are there photos of naked body parts.


The magazine will be published quarterly. It will be distributed in
Moscow, Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Dagestan and Chechnya.
