The wounds were probably caused by traumatic guns. Witnesses say that that local traders had a conflict. Young people were then seen with guns coming from the side of the Signal Factory, opening aimless fire at the crowd.
A local trader said that some people calling themselves FSB officers demanded to check his documents. He was then beaten. He called his friends for help. The people with guns were calling themselves white bears.
Yevgeniy Arnautov, a police spokesman of the Main Directorate of the Russian Interior Ministry of the Stavropol Territory, said that the police are investigating the case.
